The window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered. After that, items become final sale.
Cash on delivery
Payment comes first, before the parcel is opened. The courier can't wait while you unpack, and that's the standard across Egypt. If anything is wrong after opening, returns stay easy for the full 14 days.
First size exchange is free
Size came up small or big? Your first size exchange is fully on us: we collect the piece and deliver the right size with no extra delivery fees.
Defective or wrong item
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or isn't what you ordered, the return is completely free with an immediate refund or replacement, your choice.
Condition
Items must be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Underwear and pierced earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to start
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll arrange a pickup or drop-off and refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item back.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, place the new order so it's reserved, and we'll process the return on the original. It's faster than waiting for the exchange to clear.
