How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days across Egypt. Cairo and Alexandria are usually next-day.
Can I return something?
Yes. 14 days from delivery, in original condition, with tags still on.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has a size guide built around real Egyptian sizing data.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, everywhere in Egypt. Cards work too: Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. The wider Arab region is on the roadmap. Message us and we'll tell you when we start delivering there.
Can I send something as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we'll tuck a hand-written card in with the parcel.
