We collect the minimum we need to send you what you ordered.
Name, delivery address, phone, email, and the order itself. We collect these on this website and in the Outfit House app, which share one account. Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card number.
To ship your order, talk to you about it if needed, and improve the store. We don't sell your information.
This section is about the website only; the app uses no cookies. Functional cookies keep your bag and language preference. Analytics and advertising cookies help us see what's working and measure our ads. One analytics tool also records a playback of your visit (clicks and scrolling) so we can find what's confusing; what you type is hidden. You can opt out from the notice at the bottom of the page.
On this website we share browsing and purchase activity with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok so we can measure our ads and reach the right people. This can include a scrambled version of your email, phone, name and address when you order, sign in, or type them into a form on this website, never the plain details and never your card number. You can opt out on this site; on Meta you can also review it under Activity off Meta Technologies, and on TikTok under Ads and data in your account settings. Orders are also reported to those platforms by Shopify, whichever way you ordered.
The app carries no advertising, analytics or attribution SDK, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. There is no tracking permission request because there is nothing to request. What it does use: OneSignal, to send you notifications about your own orders, which means a device notification token tied to your account; and Sentry, to report crashes, with personal details switched off. Browsing, search and the bag all work without an account. Signing in is only needed for order history, saved addresses and settings.
Message us to request your data or correct it. You can delete your account and its data yourself in the app under Account, or at outfit-house.com/account/delete. We'll handle any request within 30 days.
