The short version, in plain language.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by sending an order confirmation. We can decline an order at our discretion (rare, and usually only for stock or address issues).
Prices include VAT where applicable. We try hard to be accurate; if a price is obviously wrong we'll let you know before we send it.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us and we'll replace it or refund you.
Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason and at no cost to you, except in the cases the law excludes, such as an item damaged by misuse. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Egyptian law governs. We'd rather solve things over WhatsApp before anyone reaches for a lawyer.
