Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by sending an order confirmation. We can decline an order at our discretion (rare, and usually only for stock or address issues).
Pricing
Prices include VAT where applicable. We try hard to be accurate; if a price is obviously wrong we'll let you know before we send it.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged, message us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Disputes
Egyptian law governs. We'd rather solve things over WhatsApp before anyone reaches for a lawyer.
